How Paper Is Made !

*GENERAL STATEMENT
Hello guys!
I think, all of you ever seen even used ‘paper’. But, do you know how the processes of making paper?Over the centuries, paper has been made from a wide variety of materials ,like wood pulp, rice, water plants, cotton, even old clothes! But no matter what you use to make paper.
Now, let’s see how the processes of making paper using woodchips!
*THE PROCESSES
First, the tops and branches of the trees are cut out and then the logs are taken to the mill. At the mill, the bark of the logs is removed and the logs are taken to a chipper which cuts them into small pieces called woodchips.
Next, the woodchips are then screened to remove dirt and other impurities. Uhm, at this stage they are either exported in this form or changed into the pulp by chemicals and heat. Oh, I almost forgot, the pulp is then bleached and the water content is removed.
Finally, the pulp is rolled out to produced a paper.
*CLOSING
Considering the complexity of making paper, let’s use any paper o our hands. Use it more effectively.
